Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the Get Into Med website and practice app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them, so please read them alongside our privacy policy.

The service
Get Into Med provides practice questions, explanations, lessons and feedback to help you prepare for the GAMSAT. We’re independent and aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by ACER, which develops and runs the GAMSAT.
We can’t promise any particular score or admission outcome. Our questions are written to reflect the style of the exam, not copied from it, and AI-generated feedback can be wrong, so use it as a guide rather than an authority.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 to create an account.
- Give accurate details and keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Accounts are for one person. Don’t share your sign-in or resell access.
Plans and payment
The free plan includes one Section III unit each day and a set of free lessons. The monthly plan or a pass unlocks unlimited practice across all three sections and every lesson. Current prices are shown on our pricing section and at checkout, in Australian dollars including GST where it applies.
- The monthly plan is a subscription for full access, charged when you start it and again each month until you cancel.
- A pass is a single payment for full access over a set period: 7 months for the Exam Pass and 12 months for the Two-Sitting Pass, starting when you buy it. It doesn’t renew, and we won’t charge you again unless you buy another pass. A pass bought while one is active starts when the current one ends.
- The monthly plan and passes are bought on the web through Stripe. Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google under their terms, and are managed in your App Store or Google Play account. Web subscriptions bought before passes were introduced keep renewing until you cancel them.
- If we change a price, it won’t affect a pass you’ve already bought, and we’ll tell you before a new price applies to your monthly plan.
Cancelling and refunds
A pass has nothing to cancel: it simply ends on its expiry date. You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings, or through Apple or Google for in-app subscriptions. You’ll keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Payments aren’t otherwise refundable for partly used passes or periods. If something has gone wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a renewal you didn’t expect, email contact@getintomed.com.au and we’ll sort it out. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google.
Acceptable use
When you use Get Into Med, please don’t:
- copy, scrape, republish or sell our questions, explanations or lessons, or use them to train AI models;
- interfere with the service, get around usage limits or try to access other people’s accounts;
- submit anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules. If we close a paid account without good reason, we’ll refund the unused part of your pass or subscription.
Content and ownership
Our questions, explanations, lessons, figures, software and branding belong to Get Into Med or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own preparation while your account is active.
What you write, such as reasoning notes and essays, stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the service, including generating feedback. We may use de-identified responses to improve our questions and feedback.
Consumer law and liability
Our services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing in these terms limits them or any other rights you have under law that can’t be excluded.
Beyond those rights, the service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but can’t guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Changes and ending
We may update these terms or change features as the service develops. If a change materially affects you we’ll tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you don’t agree. You can stop using Get Into Med and delete your account at any time.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions about them can be sent to contact@getintomed.com.au.
